Zektor prides itself in the quality of every product that we design, sell and support. Every effort is taken to assure long term reliability from the time they leave our factory to years of seamless performance.
In the rare case that a product develops
an issue, be assured that Zektor will stand behind our quality and reputation.
Should your product require repair, we want to minimize your inconvenience. Please fill out our RMA request form for expedited service.
This form will be seen by customer service soon after you submit it. It uses an unpublished email address which helps us filter out SPAM.
We will make a diligent effort to minimize this impact you and resolve the problem. If your product is out of warranty we will offer a minimal charge to repair covering only our costs.
PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU PACKAGE YOUR PRODUCT CORRECTLY. POOR PACKAGING WILL CAUSE ADDITIONAL DAMAGE IN TRANSIT WHICH WILL NOT BE COVERED.
