Dear professional installer,
Thank you for your interest in our Zektor Installer Program (ZIP). ZIP provides
the professional installation company enhanced profit margin when advocating
the Zektor family of products. Our commitment to you, the installer, is that we will never sell our products below MSRP directly to the end user.
All products purchased from Zektor will ship from our factory in southern California. Orders which are placed by 1:00PM PST will ship the same day in
most cases. UPS is our preferred carrier with delivery services from next day to ground with the ability to ship collect on your account if you prefer. Payment terms are either by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal or company
check in advance.
Please fax over a copy of your state resale license along with contact
information and a primary email address. After your information has been
received and processed we will email you a Zektor non disclosure agreement to sign and fax back. We will then release of our confidential price list to you. In addition, we send you company confidential information regarding our upcoming product releases and ship dates.
Upon approval, Zektor will open your account in our system with your first
order. If you elect to use a credit card as a payment option, please fax this information to 858-748-8224. Once received, the information will be entered
into our secure system and the original fax destroyed. You may also convey this information to a live sales person at Zektor who will enter the information
into our system.
